1. May is Family Month. Pray for the restoration of families by the church teaching the biblical family model well. May the next generation grow up as healthy workers in healthy families.
2. Every year on the first Thursday in May (this year it is May 5), the people of the whole country pray for the country and its leaders. Hear the prayer of this day, and let the leaders of this country and the nation return to God and the Word.
3. Federal judges who are debating Mississippi's abortion restriction law may stand boldly on the side of the truth, and to protect the life of the unborn child. The 1973 Roe vs. Wade may be invalidated —to be decided in late May or early June.
4. Pray for the wisdom of President Biden and the leaders of the country to address the challenges facing America—the US/Mexico border, inflation, the Ukraine crisis, and more.
5. Pray that the war in Ukraine will end soon. Pray for a great revival in Ukraine by allowing the suffering people and refugees of Ukraine to seek God. Ukrainian refugees are scattered throughout Europe, and it is said that a spiritual awakening is taking place in European churches as they visit churches to worship and pray. Pray for a revival in which worship and prayer are restored in European churches through refugees.
